Give the gift of health and relaxation! Gift cards are available for purchase.
We offer combinations of treatments or a series of treatments with a package discount. These are available for purchase as a gift certificate. You can also buy a gift certificate for an existing promotion and use it later at your convenience.

Cancellation and Client Policies
Retreat garden has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand life is very hectic, your schedule can change at any minute, and there are legitimate reasons to miss an appointment or to be late, but we strongly advise you to try to make it to your appointment for your own best interest and for your health. If in any case you cannot make it at your scheduled time, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reserve the slot for someone else in need. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Visa and Mastercard or Maestro. We do not accept third-party vouchers. You wish to make payment via bank transfer, here are the details of the Bank Account.

Insurance-friendly receipts are available upon request. Check your eligibility with your insurance provider.
The booking system offers the option to Pay online upfront or, No online payment, in which case you will pay at the location.
In case you have payed your session online and you must cancel for any reason, the amount will not be returned, but it will stay as credit for a next session. The credit should be used in the next 3 months from the cancelation date. If you wish to reschedule, please can book your next session as normally with a comment – Payed appointment.
For package holders or, if you have to use a voucher, you will have to choose the option – No online payment.
Safety&Conduct
The sessions are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Please respect your therapists. Any sexual comments or advances towards a therapist will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from our practice.
New Clients
Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a health intake form and to discuss with your therapist what you’d like to focus on. If you are late to your session, we will do our best to accommodate you in the time you have left, without interfering with the time of the following client. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment if the schedule cannot accommodate for the lost time.
Pregnant Clients
Please specify that you are pregnant when booking so we can prepare the room in advance. If you are scheduling an appointment for your partner or a friend who is expecting, notify us upon booking the reservation by simply leaving a comment.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, Retreat Garden does not offer refunds for massage services or gift cards. Gift cards can only be redeemed at Retreat Garden locations, Leidschenveen or City Center.
Gratuities/Tips
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and accepted at Retreat Garden.
Discount Packages:
Discounted packages are available for purchase. Packages can be shared with another client, a member of the family or a friend, but cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
